I’ve learned how to stay strong, stick up for myself

Along with the physical part of my training, my mental health has also improved a lot. I’ve learned how to stay strong, stick up for myself, and get through tough times, and so much more that I didn’t even think was possible. I went from being scared to confident in a matter of weeks and have even pushed myself far out of my comfort zone. I am now able to get on the mat, teach, talk to other people in the world, and get over my fear of public speaking.
